Terms of Service — Quantumtronix (BESTN FOR LIFE)

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

Article 1 — Purpose and Definitions

  1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Quantumtronix Inc. (“Company”) and its members in connection with the use of the Company’s information website (quantumtronix.net) and all related services (“Services”).
  2. Definitions used in these Terms:
    • Member: Any individual or entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Services.
    • Shopping Mall: The Company’s separate e-commerce platform operated at aionselect.com, where all product purchases are made.
    • Product Sales Service: All products developed and sold by the Company, including health supplements, quantum energy wellness products, and related accessories.
    • Subscription Service: A recurring service whereby Members automatically receive products and are billed on a regular cycle (monthly).
    • BESTN Clinic Program: A medical procedure support program operated under a separate agreement. Refer to the BESTN Clinic Program Terms for details.
  3. Site and Shopping Mall Distinction:
    • quantumtronix.net is an information and community website. It does not process product orders or payments directly.
    • All product purchases are made exclusively through the Shopping Mall at aionselect.com.
    • A separate membership registration at aionselect.com is required to purchase products, subscribe to services, or access member benefits. Membership on quantumtronix.net does not automatically grant shopping mall membership.
  4. Service availability by region:
    • The Subscription Service is available to residents outside the Republic of Korea.
    • Korean residents may purchase products via direct overseas purchase (직구) but are not eligible for the Subscription Service.
    • Purchases made by Korean residents are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and are not subject to Korean Consumer Protection Act or E-Commerce Act obligations.

Article 2 — Agreement to Terms

  1. These Terms apply to all Members who access or use the Services.
  2. By registering an account or using the Services, Members expressly agree to all provisions of these Terms.
  3. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law. Amendments will be announced on the website at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
  4. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 3 — Account Registration and Management

  1. Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  2. Quantumtronix.net account and aionselect.com Shopping Mall account are separate accounts managed independently. Each requires its own registration.
  3. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.
  4. Members must promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use of their account.
  5. The Company may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
  6. Members who register via Google Sign-In or other social login authorize the Company to collect their name and email address solely for account creation and service delivery. This data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Article 4 — Shopping Mall and Products

  1. All product purchases are made through the Shopping Mall at aionselect.com. The terms and conditions of the Shopping Mall apply to all purchases and transactions.
  2. Health Supplements: Manufactured in GMP-certified facilities and authorized by Health Canada. These products support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  3. Quantum Energy Products: Products such as the Q-Necklace, Healing Patch, Q-Blanket, and Coaster are wellness devices designed to support cellular health and general wellbeing. Individual results may vary.
  4. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice in accordance with Company policy.

Customs and Import Duties

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees in the destination country.
  • All such costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient (Member).
  • The Company is not responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs caused by customs procedures.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Opened health supplements are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or otherwise diminished-value products may not be eligible for return.
  • Approved refunds will be issued minus round-trip shipping costs.

Article 5 — Subscription Service

  1. Enrollment: Members may freely enroll in the Subscription Service at aionselect.com. Enrollment constitutes agreement to recurring billing.
  2. Billing: Subscription fees are automatically charged on the same date each month from the date of enrollment.
  3. Failed Payment: If payment fails, the Company will retry up to 3 times. Continued failure may result in automatic cancellation.
  4. Price Changes: Subscription prices may change with 30 days’ prior notice. Members may cancel before the change takes effect.
  5. Cancellation: Members may cancel at any time via My Page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing date. Fees already charged are non-refundable except in cases of Company fault.
  6. Benefit Changes: If changes to subscription benefits are unfavorable to the Member, the Member may cancel without penalty within 14 days of the notice.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Company’s website and services — including text, images, videos, music, product descriptions, blog posts, and technology — is the exclusive property of the Company.
  2. Members may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from Company content without prior written consent.

Article 7 — Disclaimers

  1. The Company’s products are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Members should consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any supplement or wellness product.
  2. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from use of its products.
  3. The Company is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products.
  4. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure including natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks.

Article 8 — Dispute Resolution and Consumer Protection

  1. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt resolution through consumer protection mediation or arbitration.
  2. Canadian residents may contact Consumer Protection Ontario or relevant Canadian consumer agencies.
  3. Residents of other countries may contact their local consumer protection authority.
  4. Disputes unresolved through mediation will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, with the courts of Toronto as the exclusive jurisdiction.

제1조 (목적 및 정의)

  1. 본 약관은 **Quantumtronix Inc.(이하 “회사”)**가 운영하는 정보 웹사이트(quantumtronix.net)와 관련 서비스(이하 “서비스”) 이용에 관하여 회사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
  2. 본 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.
    • 회원: 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 개인 또는 기업.
    • 쇼핑몰: 회사가 aionselect.com에서 별도로 운영하는 전자상거래 플랫폼으로, 모든 상품 구매는 쇼핑몰을 통해 이루어집니다.
    • 상품 판매 서비스: 건강 기능 식품, 양자 에너지 웰니스 제품, 관련 액세서리 등 회사가 개발·판매하는 모든 상품.
    • 구독 서비스: 회원이 일정 주기(월간 등)로 상품을 자동 결제 및 수령하는 정기 배송 서비스.
    • BESTN 시술 지원 프로그램: 별도 협약에 따라 운영되는 의료 시술 지원 프로그램으로, BESTN 시술 지원 프로그램 약관이 별도 적용됩니다.
  3. 웹사이트와 쇼핑몰의 구분:
    • quantumtronix.net은 정보 제공 및 커뮤니티 운영을 목적으로 하는 웹사이트입니다. 상품 주문 및 결제는 이 사이트에서 직접 처리되지 않습니다.
    • 모든 상품 구매는 쇼핑몰 **aionselect.com**에서만 이루어집니다.
    • 상품 구매, 구독 서비스 이용, 회원 혜택 적용을 위해서는 aionselect.com에 별도 회원가입이 필요합니다. quantumtronix.net 회원가입은 쇼핑몰 회원 자격을 자동으로 부여하지 않습니다.
  4. 서비스 이용 대상:
    • 구독 서비스는 대한민국 외 해외 거주자를 대상으로 제공됩니다.
    • 대한민국 거주자의 경우 해외 직접 구매(직구) 형태로 상품 구매는 가능하나, 구독 서비스 혜택은 제공되지 않습니다.
    • 대한민국 거주자의 직구 구매에 대해서는 캐나다 온타리오주 법률이 적용되며, 대한민국 소비자보호법 및 전자상거래법상 의무는 부담하지 않습니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력 및 동의)

  1. 본 약관은 서비스를 이용하는 모든 회원에게 효력이 발생합니다.
  2. 회원가입 또는 서비스 이용을 시작하는 행위는 본 약관 전체에 대한 명시적 동의로 간주됩니다.
  3. 회사는 관계 법령 범위 내에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 시행 7일 전부터 웹사이트 공지사항을 통해 안내합니다.
  4. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용할 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

제3조 (계정 등록 및 관리)

  1. 회원은 회원가입 시 정확하고 완전한 정보를 제공하여야 합니다.
  2. quantumtronix.net 계정과 aionselect.com 쇼핑몰 계정은 별도로 운영되며, 각각 독립적으로 가입이 필요합니다.
  3. 회원은 본인의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정을 통해 발생하는 모든 활동에 책임을 집니다.
  4. 계정의 무단 사용이 의심될 경우 즉시 회사에 통보하여야 합니다.
  5. 회사는 약관 위반, 허위 정보 제공, 부정 행위 등이 확인된 계정을 제한하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.
  6. 구글 로그인 등 소셜 로그인을 통해 가입한 경우, 회원은 회원가입 및 서비스 이용 목적에 한하여 이름 및 이메일 주소의 수집에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 수집된 정보는 법령에 의한 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.

제4조 (쇼핑몰 및 상품)

  1. 모든 상품 구매는 쇼핑몰 **aionselect.com**을 통해 이루어지며, 구매 및 거래에는 쇼핑몰 이용약관이 적용됩니다.
  2. 건강 기능 식품: GMP 인증 시설에서 제조되며 헬스 캐나다(Health Canada) 인증을 받은 제품입니다. 일반적인 건강 증진을 목적으로 하며, 질병의 진단·치료·예방을 목적으로 하지 않습니다.
  3. 양자 에너지 제품: Q-넥클레스, 힐링패치, Q-블랭킷, 코스터 등은 세포 건강 및 전반적인 웰빙을 지원하는 웰니스 기기입니다. 개인에 따라 효과가 다를 수 있습니다.
  4. 상품 가격은 회사 정책에 따라 사전 공지 없이 변경될 수 있습니다.

관세 및 수입 비용

  • 해외 배송 시 수입국의 관세, 부가세, 통관 수수료 등이 부과될 수 있습니다.
  • 모든 관세 및 수입 제반 비용은 수령인(회원) 본인이 부담합니다.
  • 통관으로 인한 배송 지연, 반송, 추가 비용에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

반품 및 환불

  • 반품은 상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내에 신청하여야 합니다.
  • 개봉된 건강 기능 식품은 반품이 불가합니다.
  • 훼손되거나 가치를 상실한 상품은 반품이 제한될 수 있습니다.
  • 승인된 환불은 왕복 운송료를 제외한 금액으로 처리됩니다.

제5조 (구독 서비스)

  1. 구독 신청: aionselect.com에서 자유롭게 가입할 수 있으며, 가입 완료 시 정기 결제에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
  2. 결제: 구독료는 가입일 기준 매월 동일한 날짜에 자동 결제됩니다.
  3. 결제 실패: 결제 실패 시 최대 3회 재결제를 시도하며, 이후에도 실패 시 구독이 자동 해지될 수 있습니다.
  4. 가격 변경: 구독 가격은 30일 전 사전 공지 후 변경될 수 있으며, 회원은 변경 전 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.
  5. 해지: 마이페이지 또는 Stripe 고객 포털을 통해 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지는 다음 결제일부터 적용되며, 회사의 귀책 사유가 아닌 경우 기결제된 구독료는 환불되지 않습니다.
  6. 혜택 변경: 변경이 회원에게 불리한 경우 공지일로부터 14일 이내 위약금 없이 해지할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (지적 재산권)

  1. 웹사이트의 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 동영상, 음악, 상품 설명, 블로그 게시물, 기술 등)에 대한 지적 재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
  2. 회원은 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 회사 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 전시, 전송하거나 2차적 저작물을 작성하는 등의 행위를 할 수 없습니다.

제7조 (면책 조항)

  1. 회사의 제품은 전문 의료 조언, 진단 또는 치료를 대체하지 않습니다. 건강 보조 식품이나 웰니스 제품 사용 전 의료 전문가와 상담하시기 바랍니다.
  2. 회사는 제품 사용으로 인한 특정 결과나 효능을 보장하지 않습니다.
  3. 회사는 간접적, 특별, 부수적, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  4. 천재지변, 전쟁, 사이버 공격 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 회사는 책임이 면제됩니다.

제8조 (분쟁 해결 및 소비자 보호)

  1. 회원과 회사 간 분쟁 발생 시, 양 당사자는 소비자보호기관을 통한 중재 또는 조정을 우선적으로 활용하여야 합니다.
  2. 캐나다 거주 회원은 Consumer Protection Ontario 등 캐나다 소비자보호기관에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.
  3. 그 외 국가 거주 회원은 해당 거주국의 소비자보호기관을 이용할 수 있습니다.
  4. 중재 또는 조정으로 해결되지 않은 분쟁은 캐나다 온타리오주 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 토론토 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.
